Therapy can be more than just talking about what went wrong this week. Therapy is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity instead of fear and judgment. As your compassionate witness, I won’t buckle under the weight of whatever you carry. I’ll help you navigate your burdens in a way that feels less overwhelming. Here’s how we can work together in a 60-minute session:
-
I work with many clients who feel overwhelmed by therapy jargon and diagnoses. With me, you don’t need to speak “therapy” or have the perfect words to explain what you’re going through. We’ll start with your experience as it is, without forcing it into a box, and we’ll make sense of it together.
Therapy with me is a place to understand yourself in a new way. We’ll explore what’s underneath your emotions and your pain so you no longer feel like you have to keep carrying or managing it all on your own.
Patterns that once felt confusing will start to make sense. Pain that felt stuck will begin to shift.
Together, we’ll move from just getting by to lasting change and deeper self-understanding.

You don’t have to relive your worst memories to heal from them. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps your brain process painful experiences in a way that takes the emotional charge out of them so they don’t feel as overwhelming, intrusive, or stuck.
With EMDR, you don’t have to force yourself to “think positively” or rehash your trauma over and over.
Your mind already knows how to heal. It just needs the right conditions to heal, and EMDR provides that.
I’ll be there to guide and support you through it, at your pace, helping you feel safe and in control the whole time. My clients often say that after EMDR, old memories feel distant, like something bad that happened but no longer defines them.
If you’ve been carrying pain that feels stuck, EMDR might be the key to breaking free.

Not all healing happens through words. If stress, anxiety, or pain feel stuck in your body, mindfulness and somatic work can help.
Mindfulness teaches you to slow down, be present, and create space between you and your emotions so they don’t feel so overwhelming.
Somatic work helps release tension and pain stored in your body, so you’re not just managing emotions but truly releasing what no longer serves you. You'll learn how to listen to your body’s signals, release built-up tension, and reconnect with yourself in a way that brings lasting relief and ease.
You don’t need experience, just curiosity. I’ll guide you at your own pace - no physical contact, just supportive guidance - helping you reconnect with your body and mind in a way that feels natural, safe, and healing through techniques like gentle movement, body awareness practices, and breathwork.
If talking hasn’t been enough, your body might be holding the answers. Let’s listen to what it has to say.

Painful experiences don’t just live in your mind. They live in your body, emotions, and the way you move through the world. If you’ve been struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship patterns that feel impossible to break, your nervous system may still be holding onto past wounds, even if you don’t always realize it.
Integrative Trauma Healing is a whole-person approach to therapy. Instead of just talking about your struggles, I work with your mind, body, and emotions together.
Through gentle exploration, mindfulness, and body-based techniques, I’ll help your entire system process what it’s been holding onto so you can feel lighter, more present, and more in control of your life.
You don’t have to know where to start or have all the answers. You just need a willingness to explore, and I’ll guide you through the rest.
Your pain has an unfinished story. Let’s help it find resolution.
-
Have you ever felt like part of you wants one thing, but another part feels completely different? Maybe part of you longs for change, but another part feels stuck in old patterns. Or part of you craves connection, while another part pushes people away.
This isn’t just a battle in your mind. It’s a natural part of being human.
Inner Parts Work is a way to explore these different sides of yourself with curiosity and compassion.
Instead of fighting against your own mind, we’ll work together to understand why these parts exist, what they need, and how they can work together instead of pulling you in different directions.
You don’t have to be at war with yourself anymore. There’s a path toward understanding, balance, and peace - and we can walk it together.

Some questions in life don’t have easy answers. Why do I feel stuck? What is my purpose? How do I make sense of pain and loss?
If you find yourself wrestling with deep questions about meaning, identity, or your place in the world, existential therapy offers a space to explore them to help you uncover what feels true for you.
This work isn’t about enforcing religion or dogma. It’s about making sense of your experiences, exploring what brings you purpose, and confronting life’s uncertainties with curiosity instead of fear.
I approach this work with deep curiosity and respect for all belief systems, whether you’re religious, spiritual, agnostic, or simply exploring.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a willingness to reflect on what matters most to you. Whatever your background, I will create a space where your questions and experiences are honored, without judgment or agenda.
If you’ve been searching for meaning, craving connection, or wondering if there’s more to this life than what meets the eye, existential therapy can help you explore these questions with depth, clarity, and purpose.
Life’s biggest questions don’t have easy answers, but that doesn’t mean they’re not worth asking. Let’s explore them together.
